Step 2: Home Plan Selection
While visiting one of our fully-decorated models our New Home Consultant will assist you in the selection of a home plan with the amenities you desire and a home site of your choice. After signing an agreement you're on your way to owning a Brand New Jagoe Home.

Step 4: Building Process
Designers and Estimator will take your selections and produce drawings for field construction, required permits will be obtained and the building of your new home will start.

Step 3: Pre-Construction Meeting
While your mortgage loan commitment is being processed our New Home Consultant will schedule a pre-construction meeting to review your site and home plan, complete color selections and finalize all documentation.

Step 5: Move In
You move in and take possession of your home after a detailed orientation with our Service representatives and a quick closing with the title company.
